Canceling Service

Discontinue Water / Sewer / Trash Service

Any tenant wishing to discontinue water and/or sewer and/or trash service must complete a Water/Sewer/Trash Cancelation Form [PDF] and submit it to the Finance department or complete the online form. Service will be disconnected the next business day. There is a $20.00 turn off fee applied to all discontinued water services.

If you own the property there are two options:

  • Shut off the water and still pay the availability fees every month.
  • $75.00 to turn it off and not pay monthly availability fees and an additional $75.00 to turn it back on.
