New and Existing Accounts
With the adoption of a "Red Flag" policy for identity theft protection, there is certain information we need before we can provide water service. .Once you have the required information complete a Water/Sewer Contract [PDF] then submit the completed form, the deposit payment, credit application fee and processing fee to:

Deposits are determined based on the credit score returned to us by our credit company. If you choose not to be screened the maximum deposit will be required. A $5.00 fee is charged per applicant screened.
A twenty-dollar ($20.00) turn on fee will be charged for new water service with the exception of new connections and delinquent reinstatements. New water connections are those for which a new or used meter is placed for a new consumer.
Your water will be turned on the next business day excluding weekends and holidays.
