Each year a summation of the city's accomplishments and it's goals for the coming year are documented. The summary is written by the City Manager and includes the city's economic condition/outlook, major initiatives and an overview of the budget.
The summary becomes part of the overall fiscal budget documentation that is reviewed by the public and finally approved by City Council.
