Tournament Hours: 7 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Check-in at 6 a.m. at registration tent.

Liberty Park, 286 N Apopka Ave., Inverness

One of the largest bass tournaments in the state, this tournament recruits amateur and professionals alike to Lake Henderson for the $1,000 an hour payout for the biggest bass. Don't forget $1,000 for lady angler.

Captain's meeting 7:00 a.m. in front of Liberty Park on Lake Henderson. Tournament team will inspect boats prior. Check-in at tournament building at park.

2019 Tournament Summary

It was a record year for the City of Inverness’ Big Bass Classic. The event welcomed 181 anglers to Lake Spivey, which is an increase of 17 anglers from 2018. Organizers welcomed 100 boats to compete for the $9,000 in payouts. This was the fifth installment for the tournament and looks forward continued growth in 2020.
